My approach is gentle, no “crying it out”. I am not going to “train” your child. They are a baby, not an animal. We will teach them a lifelong skill and be there to support them every step of the way. Sleep is a skill just like rolling, crawling, or walking. It takes patience and practice and each child is different. I will coach you or your child through the process of learning to go to sleep and stay asleep. No “crying it out” just sleep made simple in a way that fits your family.
